About Fairview, PA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Fairview is a census designated place found in central Fairview Township within Erie County. The Fairview School District serves this community of about 2,400 residents. Fairview was incorporated as a borough in 1686, but the borough was dissolved in 1998. The community is located about 120 miles north of Pittsburgh and 90 miles northeast of Cleveland, OH. The most notable resident of this small community was former MLB manager Jim Hart.

Fairview is home to a few noteworthy attractions and places to visit. Paintball fans might like to visit Pentagon Paintball discount Pro Shop and Fields, and specialty shopping in the community is available at Chestnut Place, Naturally Yours Designs, Snyder’s Consignments, and A Floral Affair Gift and Gourmet. Visitors in need of an updated look might like to visit Wave Lengths Hair Styling before grabbing a meal at Out of the Grey Coffee House, Main Street Cakery Café or Peppino’s Italian Chop House.   Other attractions are found in nearby communities like Girard – including Heartland Antiques and Gifts and Over Lake Golf Course – and Erie – such as the Erie Zoo and the Erie Art Museum.

The Fairview region offers four distinct seasons throughout the course of the year, beginning with a cold and very snowy winter. This is because Fairview is found within the Snow Belt, and significant accumulation will occur throughout the winter months. In order to stay safe – especially when poor weather conditions keep residents homebound – a reliable furnace system is a necessity. It is recommended that residents have these systems checked out by an experienced HVAC technician during the autumn to ensure they work properly.

Outdoor recreation is popular in this region during the spring and summer months, but in July – the hottest month of the year – temperatures can exceed 90 some days. During these months, residents often run their central air conditioning units to stay cool. These systems can also help to improve indoor air quality by removing allergens from circulating home air.
